Looking to Host a Group or Seminar?
Groups
Therapeutic groups are structured settings where individuals come together to address emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges in a supportive environment. The group dynamic promotes healing by offering a sense of community, reducing isolation, and fostering a deeper understanding of oneself through shared experiences. Groups provide an opportunity to grow in self-awareness, improve coping skills, and develop a strong support network. For more information on groups, please contact me using the button below.

Holiday-Focused Grief Group
In November 2024, my colleague, Emily Besaw, LICSW, and I collaborated with a local church to offer an affordable, short-term grief group on the Eastside. We covered topics such as honoring our loved ones and identifying our own grieving behaviors. Together we navigated the complexities of grief during the holiday season.
Are you interested in joining a grief group or hosting one in your community? Whether it is processing through loss during the holidays, grief regarding our socio-political realities, or something else, we would love to support you by providing the necessary space to unpack grief and loss. Adulting in an Age of Anxiety
In February 2025, I partnered with an international student group at the University of Washington on the topic of "Adulting in an Age of Anxiety.” Together we discussed how the definition of adulthood has shifted over the last decade, where we get stuck in becoming adults, and how to move forward in adulting as we struggle with anxiety. This is such an important topic for young people today.
